Here you find mindfulness excercises in English and in Swedish that I often use in my interventions. I recommend you to practice them with an inention or purpose that suits your need. This is often clarified in a coachning or treatment sessions. Each session is between 3-10 minutes long. It can be helpful to create a routine for your mindfulness practice to get going. Perhaps after breakfest, lunch or between certain work activities. Remember, the 10 minutes each day you spent on your practice can affect all the other areas in your life.
